Project:

P&G wanted a bold, symbolic way to recognize graduates of their Plant Manager Program.

Solution:

We created a custom two-piece award that splits and rejoins—a striking visual metaphor for transformation, growth, and unity. The bold geometric break draws the eye, while the precision alignment reflects the high standards of leadership P&G cultivates. Each half can stand on its own or combine into a complete emblem—just like individual graduates who contribute to something greater.
