Click here to view the stock marble and granite colors that are offered. Any stock piece in the catalog is available in any one of our stock colors. Color Matching is available on the marble and granite for $125.00 (G) per color match, per order.
Click here to view our stock imprint colors along with the PMS number it resembles. Color Matching for the imprint colors is available for $62.50 (G) per color match, per order.
One marble color and one imprint color are included in each piece price. Additional color fills are $2.00 (F) per color, per piece, for smaller items such as coasters and paperweights; larger items such as plaques, bookends, and awards are $4.00 (F) per color, per piece. We require a 1/32" space between colors for registration.
One black and white digital product proof will be faxed or emailed at no charge. StoneyCreek® is not responsible for art or typesetting errors on products with approved proofs, or in cases where proofs are not requested.
Personalizations are $4.50 (G) for small items such as coasters and paperweights and $7.50 (G) for larger items such as plaques and awards up to 3 lines. Each additional line after three lines is $2.50 (G). Inverntoried Programs have a set-up charge of $32.50 (G) per release request. Names must be sent in the correct font and size, or art charges may apply.
When casting stone products there may be some color variation from piece to piece due to the materials used. Also, due to the random nature of the veining, no guarantee can be made on its location, or density, throughout each piece.
A spec sample is available upon request for the cost of the piece plus any set-up charges. Allow 5 working days from the final proof approval for shipment.
Normal lead-time for stock product at catalog listed quantities is 10-15 working days after all needed approvals. Rush orders are always welcome and we will do our best to meet your deadlines. Rush charges may apply to the entire order.
Below are descriptions of the formats we recommend when you are supplying artwork. If you have any questions about your art, fonts (type, size or placement) and ensuring compatibility of files, Please read below, or you may reach our artist by clicking here.
Note: Digital art is not necessarily production-ready and may be subject to additional artwork charges. Also, photographs, photocopies, photostats, color layouts, halftones and letterhead are subject to additional artwork charges. Please note: A jpeg, or other image file type embedded into an AI or EPS file is not production ready, and is subject to additional charges.
- Art must be converted to vector line art.
- We recommend a minimum font size of 8 pt. Due to the etching process ,we can not guarantee the legibility of text that exceeds this minimum.
- Convert all fonts/ text to curves, or outlines. Attach the names of all fonts used to the email, otherwise a substitute font(s) may be used, or you may need to supply us with the correct font(s). Additional charges may incur for font searching and matching.
- Artwork must be approximately sized to the recommended image area of the items ordered. Additional art charges will incur if artwork is not sized properly.
- Save the art in .AI or .EPS format for Adobe® Illustrator.
- Send the art via email to your StoneyCreek® sales rep.
- Any art conversion or alterations needed are billed at $50.00 (X) per hour, 1 hour minimum. There will be an artwork charge for all art that is not production-ready and exceeds 15 minutes to correct.
Random samples are available at End Quantity Price. Please allow 24-48 hours for shipment. Rush sample requests are possible depending upon the content of StoneyCreek's® inventory. Samples can be returned within 30 days for a refund less the shipping and handling costs.
Any, and all, cancellations and changes have to be approved by StoneyCreek® in writing. All costs accrued prior to the cancellation date will be invoiced to the customer. On custom projects this also includes time spent on pattern work and/or tooling charges.

All orders ship FOB from StoneyCreek.® Split shipments are $12.50(G) per address plus freight. Foreign shipments are $32.50(G) per shipment plus freight.
We offer UV Printed Metal Plates in Gold, Silver or White. We also offer etched Flexi-Brass Plates in Gold, Silver or Copper. Please call for pricing.
The logos seen in this catalog are not to be presumed an edorsement of StoneyCreeks's® products. They are examples of the work StoneyCreek® can do, and has done, since it's inception. The products are not offered for sale with any firm or organization's logo except with their expressed authorization and permission. StoneyCreek® assumes no liability for determining the legal titleholder of a trademark. Any, and all, such determinations are the sole responsibility of the distributor.
StoneyCreek® prides itself in its custom capabilities. Many examples are given throughout our website and catalog of custom projects. Please contact StoneyCreek® first for a quote on any proposed custom projects.
All stock products are available blank. For smaller items such as coasters and paperweights deduct 5% from the column pricing and for larger items such as awards and bookends deduct 10% from the column pricing. Minimum quantities still apply.
StoneyCreek® makes every effort to securely package every product to prevent breakage. However, please inspect every package upon arrival to ensure that no damage occurred during shipping. All claims must be made within 30 days of the ship date. Valid claims must be accompanied with the original shipping cartons, all packaging materials and damaged items. A claim cannot be made without all of the items mentioned above.
Terms will be given pending credit approval, and payment is expected within the approved credit terms. Checks, money orders and wires are accepted. Credit Cards are only accepted if payment is made within 10 days of the invoice date. New customers are required to pay a 50% deposit on initial order. Finance charges will be assessed on all past due accounts.
