What are your products made from and what kind of material is it exactly?
Our products are made from what is known as cast stone. Cast stone is a mixture of crushed quarry stone and resin mixed together, poured into molds, and then hardened. You can learn all that there is to know about cast stone here.
Can I get the product I’m looking at in any other colors, or does it only come in that one color?
All of our products can be produced in any of our stock stone colors for no additional charge. We offer 20 different color families and within each family five different stone options. We also have 18 stock imprint colors and 7 metallic coatings from which to choose.
Do you PMS color match?
Yes, in most cases, we can PMS color match a stone color as well as match an imprint color for a nominal charge.
What is production or lead time for my order?
Production time or lead time is generally 10-15 days after art approval. We can accommodate rush orders, a 25% rush charge may apply depending on whether we have to adjust the production schedule to accommodate for the order.
What is the cost of a spec sample and what is lead time?
Lead time on a spec sample is generally five working days and the cost is the piece price and the set-up charge.
Why do you not carry inventory or have product on the shelf ready to ship?
Because we are a made to order company and have so many stone options from which to choose, predicting what color the customer is going to order is always a gamble. We prefer to accommodate tight lead times and we will do everything possible to get you the product by your in-hands date.
What is full color UV printing?
UV printing is a form of printing that instantly cures specially formulated UV inks on a wide range of printing materials using ultraviolet light. The print quality is superb, the color is vibrant, and the print adheres to our cast stone very well. Under normal care and handling the print will not rub off or chip off the product.
How do we need to send you artwork, in what format?
Artwork should be sent in an Adobe Illustrator file with fonts converted to outlines. The minimal font size is 8 pt. for laser etching and for printing the font size needs to be legible. You can view our complete art requirements here.
Where is my order shipping from and do you ship international?
Our factory is located in Iowa and all orders ship from there. We do ship international for a nominal charge, aside from the normal shipping and handling charges.
How do I get a free virtual rendering?
Send us a Logo or weblink for your client and include any additional helpful information such as a budget, quantity, theme, stone colors, decoration style. You can use our art upload portal to submit a request. Request Virtual Rendering
